A little about me...

Just since June of 2017, I have personally closed over 840 loans providing almost half a billion dollars.

That puts me in the top 1% of loan officers in the country-actually the top .5% of loan officers in the country.

More importantly, I earned that business by serving as a surgeon to save deals that would have been lost, working as a backup lender for almost every builder in California. Problem solving is where I excel.

You can trust what I'm saying, knowing I have the equivalent of 35 years experience and can guide you when we hit inevitable speed bumps, you have nothing to worry about.

When you include me on the email with your offer, I personally email the selling agent to discuss the strength of the financing offer-they can look up my track record.

In email or over the phone, I ensure them that I would not be a preferred lender for a builder if I didn’t close every loan I said I would and on time.
