Just since June of 2017, Over 840 people have turned to me when they need help to buy;  providing almost half a billion dollars.  

That puts me in the top 1% of loan officers in the country-actually the top .5% of loan officers in the country.

More importantly, I earned that business by serving as a surgeon in home loan consulting to save deals that would have been lost, working as a backup lender for almost every builder in California. Problem solving is where I excel.

You can trust what I'm saying, knowing I have the equivalent of 35 years experience and can guide you when we hit inevitable speed bumps, you have nothing to worry about.

When you include me on the email with your offer, I personally email the selling agent to discuss the strength of the financing offer-they can look up my track record.  

In email or over the phone, I ensure them that I would not be a preferred lender for a builder if I didn’t close every loan I said I would and on time.  

It's surprising how many offers you will get accepted using me as your lender, as opposed to going with other realtors and their loan officers-it makes a difference.  

My entire team is here to help you along by answering all of your questions along the way.  

Once an offer's accepted, we hold our clients hands so that my realtor partners can spend their time getting more business-knowing our mutual client is in good hands.

Brandon

Brandon Goldberg was introduced to the mortgage industry back in 2009 by Irwin, hired as an "Account Manager." He has essentially served as an extension of Irwin in home loan consulting, providing the time for Irwin to take on higher level issues. 

He manages the relationship with clients, answering questions from the time he takes the initial application, through locking the interest rate. He acts as the quarterback of the team, getting everything and everyone in the right place and connecting them.

Brandon's goal is for you to feel so comfortable throughout the process of financing your house, that you want to invite us over when we're done. He's here with your help to buy.

Brandon is a fan of comedy and is somewhat of an amateur comedian himself-he's produced 7 or 8 shows personally. He loves to spend his time away from the computer with friends and family.

Shaunna

 

Shaunna has been in the mortgage industry since 2016. She started as a loan officer assistant and then became a loan officer in 2020. Working as a production partner provides the ability for her to be completely hands on throughout the entire loan process. Beginning with a pre approval, and then completing the home ownership journey with closing and funding, is a very rewarding accomplishment! 


Outside of work she is a mom to 3 amazing kids and several fur babies! She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and hunting, and loves the thrill and excitement of off roading and rock crawling in her Jeep! Outside of work, she is a wife and mother to 3 amazing teenagers. She's assistant coach on her daughter’s softball travel team and enjoys spending time in the outdoors camping and on the lake with her family.
